Refund/Cancellation Policy



If it is within 30 days of the initially purchasing the training package, you may be refunded for the remaining number of sessions left unused in your package if you have a copy of your receipt/proof of purchase. If 30 days have passed since the initial purchase of the training package/session, or if you have already attended the training session/sessions, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

Cancellation/Refund on the 3 Month Installment Payment Plan: If it is within 30 days of you making the first of the 3 payments on the installment plan you may cancel all upcoming sessions and get refunded the remainder of the first payment minus the cost of any sessions you have already attended. Please note that you must have a copy of your receipt/proof of purchase to get this refund. However, if 30 days have passed since you making the first of 3 payments on the installment plan you may cancel, however no refund will be issued and you will still be charged the 2 upcoming monthly payments as stated in the original contract “3 Month Installment Payment Plan (available for the 1 on 1 Personal Training 24 Pack of sessions only).”

To get a refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, which was emailed directly to the email address you provided when you paid for the package/session.

All sessions require a 24 hour notice of cancellation. Notification of cancellation can be sent to If you fail to cancel without 24 hours notice you will be charged in full for the missed training session through the credit card you have provided to us.

Lastly, all purchased training sessions must be used within 1 year of the purchase date. Any purchased training sessions that exceed their purchase date by 1 year are null and void. This policy is to ensure that clients get maximum benefit from their training sessions by engaging in regular physical activity with the trainer on a weekly basis. Under extenuating circumstances the trainer may choose to make an exception to this policy, however this is completely up to the trainer’s discretion.
